Smetana, Dvořák, Suk and Janáček – four of the most famous Czech composers. They all produced music in many genres, but Smetana and Suk are, maybe, best known for their tone-poems, Dvořák for his symphonies and Janáček for his operas.
Centred around the nine symphonies of Dvořák, a chance to (re)examine this rich musical tradition.
